Contacting Us
The first step of working together is to reach out to us. Through a series of phone calls, we will go over the general scope of your project to see if we are a good fit. We’ll talk about timeline, budget, and ask for pictures of your current place. If we meet all your needs, we will then schedule a home visit.

In-Home Visit
We’ll come to your home to meet you and see your space. We’ll also talk more in-depth on what your vision is. This helps us to have a better understanding of what you desire to change in your home. Also this will ensure that we are on the same page in order to move on the next step - the agreement.

Construction Agreement
Many of our clients prefer to have a comprehensive agreement with us, where we take you through all the design, construction, and the finishing touches. You will be guided by one contractor that will provide their trusted network of subcontractors completing each job, therefore eliminating any confusion over who will be working on what. To finalize the construction, a contract will be signed.
